• Use an auto-responder email that automatically answers your email such as spamarrest, spamcop, mailblocks etc. Be aware some of these services send spam in your name and can cause your email account to be shutdown by your ISP!
• Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from godfathertraffic.com for any reason.
• Send unsolicited email attempting to promote godfathertraffic.com.

If you do your account will be suspended and any credits and cash earned will be lost. We will not pay any outstanding commissions and will attempt to recover any that have been paid. Any monies already paid that are not returned will be considered as theft and where possible we will recover them.

The godfathertraffic.com Service:
godfathertraffic.com is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any credits free or purchased are non refundable. godfathertraffic.com cannot be held responsible credits incorrectly used.

godfathertraffic.com reserves the right to change its operating policy without notice to members if the administration feels it is in the best interest of its members. Admin will notify the members of these changes by newsletter or special announcement within 48 hours. All purchases made by members for upgrades, or products are final. Once any part of the product or service has been used, no refunds will be issued. If a purchase has been made and no part of the product or service has been used, a support ticket may be issued for a full refund.

In order to earn any cash prizes, surf cash, daily lotto each member must have at least two website working in the system. This is a traffic exchange and we support each other by surfing and promoting. Only Pro members can receive cash payments. Free members can earn cash and can use the cash to buy products and upgrades but cannot cash out. Once a free member upgrades to pro they can cash out.

You acknowledge godfathertraffic.com is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, "autosurf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture. You acknowledge you will not use our service for the promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit purpose. If you do not accept these terms you must leave this site immediately.

By continuing to use this site you are bound by this agreement and you agree that you will keep all information provided by this site confidential. You are not allowed to copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the sites service and accept any damages or costs thereof such breach including any agent or company that you may be associated with.

The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by godfathertraffic.com for the benefit of all it's users.

When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees that, that information can be used for godfathertraffic.com to make contact with the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being closed.

Information given in registration will not be sold or given to any third party without the users written permission, unless required to by law. Users agree not to collect or harvest any users information that may be on our internet servers.

godfathertraffic.com makes no claim as to when visits will be received by the user. godfathertraffic.com can not be held responsible for third party hit trackers that may not record hits accurately. godfathertraffic.com statistics are final. Hits are views and are not viewers/visitors. Some sites may be shown multiple times to users.

godfathertraffic.comcontrols the right to cap the amount of surfing done by any member or all members, if it is felt in the best interests of the paying members.

While godfathertraffic.com may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by godfathertraffic.com , and godfathertraffic.com can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees not to use godfathertraffic.com to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical.

Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the site to gain credit or access to unauthorised areas. Also, godfathertraffic.com does not allow the use of auto-surf software/hardware (etc.) to gain credits. Anyone caught using or distributing it will have their account terminated.

The user agrees not to hold godfathertraffic.com responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm mentally, physically or to property.

You agree that godfathertraffic.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if godfathertraffic.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. godfathertraffic.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that godfathertraffic.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that godfathertraffic.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

Each member will be required to have a number of active web sites as well as banner and text ads in rotation for the amount your surfing daily:

0 -1000 pages surfed - 2 websites in rotation, 1 banner ad and 1 text ad.
1001 -1500 pages surfed - 4 websites in rotation, 2 banner ads and 2 text ads
1501 -2000 pages surfed - 6 websites in rotation, 3 banner ads and 3 text ads
2001 -2500 pages surfed - 8 websites in rotation, 4 banner ads and 4 text ads
2500+ pages surfed - 10 websites in rotation, 5 banners ads and 5 text ads.

If you surf more than your are allowed you will be warned once to bring your account to the requirements by adding sites, banner and text ads. If you don't have any banner or text ad credits you can convert your surf points to banner and text ads credits. this way you are not accumulating 100's of thousands of points and sitting on them. Use your surf credits so the site gives everyone traffic!

There are also requirements for the amount of surf credits each member can retain in their account.

The requirements are the following:

000000 - 50,000 - 2 websites in rotation, 1 banner ad and 1 text ad.
50,000 - 99,999 - 5 websites in rotation, 2 banner ads and 2 text ads
100,000 - 150,000 - 10 websites in rotation, 5 banner ads and 5 text ads
You are not allowed to have more than 150,000 hits in reserve in your account. You must use the excess amount by converting them to banner and text ad credits by using the "convert box" on your tools page or allocating them to your 10 websites.

If you do not follow these rules you will be warned once only. Then your site will be tagged and you will not be able to receive any cash payments until your site is brought into compliance.

All members must surf at least 100 pages every 60 days or your account will become inactive and your sites will stop receiving hits and you will not be eligible to be paid.

Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and godfathertraffic.com can not be held liable for any advertisers actions.

You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from godfathertraffic.com which will include system messages and marketing information. This is an opt-in service and you can choose to receive emails or not by editing your profile. Any user threatening or reporting godfathertraffic.com for sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be invoiced for all services they have received to that point and immediate payment will be expected. Further more all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss of time or reputation.
